The Bridge Street Restaurant is the fourth successful catering business that Frank and Michelle have owned.
For the past 8 and half years they have operated the hugely popular Coral Cabin Cafe in Newhaven Marina, where Michelle gained a lot of experience as a chef. She is also a graduate of Ashburton Cookery School in Devon, and along with apprentice Daniel Todd, a student of Brighton City College, they make sure that all meals are home made.
So there are none of those plastic contained plastic tasting deserts here. Frank would never allow that!
